Simulating black holes with Nmesh

I am performing simulations with single black hole puncture initial data using the new evolution system involving the conformal rescaling of the generalized harmonic gauge. Since this is a new system, it requires extensive testing. I have been performing simulations with the purpose of testing the robustness, stability, and the convergence of error with increasing resolution for this system.
